Positives:
The valet service was decent. The room seemed large, but maybe that was because it was sparsely furnished.
Negatives:
The TV was intermittent. Like every few seconds would flicker and lose audio and video. There was no sofa or love seat in my room - just a desk chair and a silly, uncomfortable small chair. There was no ice on my floor. When I exited to go to the inconveniently located machine, my key wouldn't allow me back onto my floor.
The parking fee and resort fee were confiscatory and not published. My $229 room cost me $335.

The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere.the staff were polite and helpful. Location was good .
Negatives:
I was expecting the ground floor to be allocated to those with dogs. I haven’t slept well for two nights because of the noise from the upper floor.

Location is amazing and so central to everything! The housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning our room. the manager was so accommodating and had such a wonderful attitude which really emphasized the customer experience.
Negatives:
Parking is very very expensive. More affordability in this area would be nice. The rooms are dark and the lighting is bad. Its hard to see what your makeup looks like.
