The weather in Los Angeles reached an impressive 103°F, making for a remarkable day. Our check-in was scheduled for 3 PM, and as soon as we arrived, we were eager to enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, we discovered that the pool's operating hours are limited to 9 AM to 4 PM from Monday to Thursday. This policy is particularly inconvenient, especially on such a hot day.

Positives:
The staff are very helpful and friendly and the management team are first class. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is great in downtown LA.
Negatives:
The pool on floor 8 is so so loud with disco music and we could hear it clearly in our room on the 18th floor. We stayed Friday to Monday and it played from the morning until 2am. When we complained the management team were brilliant with us, I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Positives:
The hotel itself is beautiful, nice decor and good layout. Shower and water pressure were perfect. Gym was beautiful and had all the equipment you could need.
Negatives:
Pool was closed a lot for private events, so hours were incredibly limited. Said private events ran way past 2 am and the music was loud and right under our room so if you're a light sleeper do not expect a full night's sleep. The AC never fully worked even after they came to check it out, room never got cool. There wasn't any water in the room, or even vending machines on the floors, there were I believe 4 ice/water dispensers in the building, one of which was out of order.

Don’t go if you want...
Positives:
Loved the bed, the view from the room and how helpful the staff was. Also a bonus to be so close to the Grammy museum.
Negatives:
The accomodation offered breakfast at the connected hotel next door, and I found that breakfast to be underwhelming. Also the area was a little difficult to navigate in as a tourist due to there being mostly tall apartment buildings.

Positives:
Location, corner room, choice of restaurants and the gym.
Negatives:
Very disappointing the swimming pool was unavailable for one of the days due to preparations for a private function. It was an extremely hot day (35 degrees). Hotel guests pay hundreds of dollars to stay and should have priority and full access to all the facilities.

Not really good options to select from. The quality of food was terrible.

Positives:
The view from my room and the view from the 34th floor while eating breakfast, but y'all should give that $30 dollar gift voucher a bit more thought for Family's cuz only 1 person out if the family gets the $30 but everyone else pays normal price at the breakfast place $117 is what mu friend paid for him and his wife and 2 kids with that $30 gift voucher
