The bed and bedding was soft. The television was a nice size and the remote and wifi was easy to use.and the view from my room was beautiful.
Negatives:
The customer service was horrible. Everyone but the check-in lady and the guy who made my breakfast acted like doing their job was an inconvenience. They were very unorganized and no one volunteered to help anyone. I stood waiting multiple times to finally be told I'm in the wrong place.and I wasn't the only person this was happening to.I paid for breakfast and then was told breakfast was in a different hotel. I also had $30 food and beverage credit that was charged to my credit card instead of used. I took an Uber to my event because I couldn't wait on my car from valet. When I did pick my car up I waited over 30 minutes for $63 valet parking pick up that I had already waiting in line with another while the valet guy conversed with an attractive young lady for a few minutes. Then he says valet pick up is on 2 and walks away. No one explained to me how to get to my.room or where anything. There was no water or anything in the rooms. I stay in hotels downtown when I go to concerts and this is the worst hotel I have ever been to. This should be called a.motel. music blasting at 7am no sound proof at all.

The atmosphere was great. I was there for a Pokémon tournament and with a friend and we enjoyed having a place to practice in the lobby.
Negatives:
Pubic hair and hair in the bathroom when we arrived. Never figured out how to use our food credit. Paying 60.00 for parking was great either per day.

I had breakfast a few times at the cafe and the food was very nice, service was great.

There was some confusion with my checkout and the details weren't updated in the system but overall staff were great at helping with any problems and were super friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean, would have loved more utilities but overall was fine for my trip.

the location for whoever is going to convention center or crpto arena is the best, just walk distance 2 min and you are there

When you are attending a sports event like we were, a great night of sleep is very important or at least being able to take a nap during the day between games, that is impossible at Moxy, room 1003 you stay by the pool DJ Level 8, they start with loud music 1 pm and do not stop until midnight, despite what front desk tells you 11pm, my room vibrated the whole day, so it was not a great place to stay, maybe AC hotel is better far from the pool, also to get elevators around 10/11 am, it is a a challenge, too many people and not enough elevators.

They were super cool, understood my request and executed everything to a tee. The gal who helped me check in and helped with my other issues should get a raise. I don’t remember your name but short curly haired girl at the front desk is awesome! Thanks for my bday drinks as well.

The fact that the pool wasn’t open to the actual hotel. It’s not mentioned on their site or on booking.com that it’s not open to hotel guest until June 17th
