Positives:
The location was perfect for us, as we had to be close to Cedar Sinai Hospital .
The restaurant and bar staff were delightful, and all that we ordered was delicious! Especially the martinis!
Our room was spacious, kingsize bed and bathroom perfect...along with the mini kitchen area and its amenities.
Negatives:
We did have issues with the cleaning service, in that a couple of times during the week they did not enter the room...and at the price per night, you shouldn't have to "ask" for service.
(e.g. not refilling the coffee capsules, or water- we had to ask for more)

They treated very bad , made me sit in the lobby from 1 am till 4:30 am and then I was provided my room. Knowing that I will check out early , for couple of hours I am there but it seems the manager was more interested in his sleep rather than taking a step to understand .
Morning the gentleman in the reception passed very bad comment which made me feel very uncomfortable I immediately checked out.
