Everything was excellent, from check in to check out staff is beyond attentive. I almost canceled my reservation after seeing a few bad reviews but I’m so glad I didn’t . It was beyond my expectations.

Price for overnight parking was steep but it normal for all the hotels that are near the airport.

The airport hotel’s shuttle bus to LAX is convenient. The studio is spacious and well equipped. The breakfast provides a few variety.
Negatives:
We first booked a room to accommodate 3 people. But the sofa bed turned out to be terrible for even a short stay. In particular, the mattress was so soft that the body could touch the slat. It was not possible to sleep on the sofa bed. Therefore we had to book an additional room.
