The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and hospitable. I felt safe as a solo traveler.

The view wasn't great and softer towels and a robe to wear while I was there would have been nice. Minor details, though. I'll definitely be back.

I booked a room for 4 with 2 queen beds and breakfast. When I checked in, the check in staff advised that we only had breakfast vouchers for 2 people. They were insistent that booking.com had not paid them for 4 breakfasts and were very aggressive about it even after I showed them my booking confirmation. Their response was 'cancel then if you want' but we're not crediting you and you'll have to take it up with booking.com. Apparently, they said, this happens 'all the time' with booking .com. SO WHY DON'T SHERATON SORT THE PROBLEM OUT with B.COM??
Also tried to charge me for 2 days Valet parking too when we only used one night. Location is poor too for a leisure traveller.
