Everything…..seriously! The location is fantastic, and the condition of the property is even better. But rating above both of those, are the employees of the property. We’ve stayed at this property before and it was exactly the same. The attitude of EVERY employee we’ve encountered has been nothing shy of incredible!! This is not an exaggeration. My wife and I were laughing saying how from our interactions with staff, we felt like we were in a tv show. While it seemed to good to be true nowadays, it’s not, it’s real. Talk about feeling like your business is wanted !!

We loved the hotel decor, and the outdoor spaces are beautiful for soaking up the sun and relaxing.
Although a little pricey the breakfast was superb and the service in the restaurant was lovely. Really friendly and helpful concierge.
Negatives:
The cost of drinks in the bar we felt was OTT - $15 for a coffee and a Diet Coke - but that’s because of the location I think…

Noise was terrible the first night of the stay. "View" from the balcony is of the back side of a shopping mall. Bathroom toiletries not replaced overnight. Room service available only until 10 pm. Lighting in the room weirdly low.
