Positives:
Room maid service was excellent. -- Maintenance fixed shower faucet immediately.
Antler coffee shop in lobby is nice feature. ---- My second stay here.
Negatives:
Service around pool. People were complaining. "If it were my hotel, I'd have 2 bartenders working this area."
NO cash available for change. To give tips to maids. --- Next time bring a bunch of one dollar bills.

Positives:
The only thing I liked about this hotel was that the staff was super friendly. Valet, front desk and when I called in to ask questions. I also liked the ability for late check in.
Negatives:
1. They never mention a $300 deposit which could’ve definitely changed my trip experience if I wasn’t prepared.
2. The rooms were so tiny. You only have room to get out of bed and open bathroom door. I brought my 2 kids with me so I would say it is not comfortable for a family of 4 . My kids are 8 and 5 and there was no room but to be in bed or the bathroom which made it stressful and congested.
3. No fridge or microwave. I would say it’s not family friendly due to this. Kids usually eat leftovers and couldn’t due to no where to heat up or keep items cold.
4. No breakfast included with how expensive it is.
5. Out room was facing buildings .
6. Ultimately I cannot see myself staying here again even if it were just me and my husband. Ive never had an experience where I had to write a review. But I always check reviews due to my kids coming along. Hopefully this helps another family decide
