There was no space in the mini fridge to add my own stuff, no garbage can in the bathroom. The bathroom shower curtain reeked of wet dog. The rooms had no ventilation so the bed and the sheets felt “wet”.

The best bed I have ever slept on without a doubt. Never felt more comfortable than when I slept! Also the staff were very accommodating!

The bathroom was a disappointment. The door frame was broken plus there was a part of the room that was peeling off the ceiling. The extractor fan was not working either. It's a shame that for a lovely room, the bathroom was not good.

The location was great! The lobby ambience was wonderful and relaxing. The house keeping staff members were very kind.
Negatives:
The room had a strong cigarette smell from the start, and it only got worse, suggesting that people were likely smoking inside the facility. I requested to switch rooms, but unfortunately, the new room was only slightly better. It would greatly enhance the guest experience if the hotel enforced stricter no-smoking policies and ensured all rooms are thoroughly deodorized.
Some of the staff members were not very friendly, which was surprising and disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Improving staff training in customer service would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and align with the hotel's luxury standards.
