The staff was blissfully helpful, from the valet to the reception and breakfast area.
Wonderful decor and atmosphere.
We were happy to pay a few extra USD to get the "vista" suite...all worth it!
Negatives:
The only minor weakness I would propose the hotel to consider is the availability of two (technically one and a half toasters, with one slot being broken) for the whole breakfast area and one next to each other. This implied quite some congestion in the morning.

Breakfast did not have a lot of choice, you have to pay for the extra stuff that normally is included on other hotels. Moreover, the waitress tried to charge us extra for stuff that was actually included.
