Good hotel amenities, modern.
Negatives:
Room smelt like they were covering old smoke, no hot water for a day and night, we were told that everyone was told of this when booking in case they didn’t want to go ahead, we were not told. Staff were very unapologetic of the inconvenience. Neighbourhood did not feel safe. Room service says it is 24/7 however it is not, you must go to lobby and order downstairs off a different limited menu after 10pm.
