We stayed at Westin for 6 nights. First thing I didnt like is that after midnight, there is no possibility to have delivered anything in the room. We wanted some water but we have been told to go ourselves to thw front desk to collect them. But the worse is that for two times the housekeeping did not clean the room, despite in both occasion we informed the reception that we were leaving the room after 12, just to be sure that in case the housekeeping missed it, they could get informed that the room was now available. What is even worse, is that once we conplained with the staff (calling “0” from the phone in the room) the operator at the phone said we were liars, and he/she would have investigate with her manager our movement through CCTV. This is really unacceptable. After conplaining of what happened, we have been compensated back for the inconvenience, but I believe that if a operator from the customer service feels free to threat clients saying that they can monitor their movement on CCTV, there is something really wrong with WESTIN.
