Very very low water pressure in both bathroom sinks. Requested for an extra blanket and never received it. Please make sure housekeeping wipe down the ottomans in the suites. Very sticky. From previous stay.

The lobby was nice and well kept. Easy to check in and it was clean. Room was comfortable and had a nice view.
Negatives:
Since our vehicle was over 6 Ft in height, we had to park across the street (which wasn't much of an inconvenience). However, we were staying for an event that we had to check in, change and leave again. But we were charged $35 just to park for 1hr. Also - the bathroom is small. Unfortunately - when we arrived to the room the carpeting in the room had a bit of a damp smell.

Location- there are homeless people everywhere, crime, you cannot walk outside to get something to eat, even in the day - it was horrible. None of the restaurants were open except the lobby.

The Hotel was very loud. I could hear every night The neighbours in the other rooms which made me not to sleep.
For a 4 Star Hotel i expected to have a smalltube of toothpaste and the white Hotel Slippers something that was not offered. Although we had booked a room with breakfast we were not informed about the coupon which the Restaurant needs For breakfast and were not given some the first Day
Its the staff of the Restaurant which made us aware of the coupon System For breakfast
So i dont think the communicstion with geusts was okay.
