Negatives:
Booking for 2 adults and 1 child (17 years) - breakfast included and paid for in booking for all 3 people. Hotel said there is no breakfast room onsite rather a credit voucher is given by the hotel to us to use for 2 people for $25 each in an unrelated onsite restaurant. Third person has no voucher to give us so they advised us to not feed her or for us to eat less to feed her. The menu was not appropriately priced to feed 3 people on $50. I explained we had paid for all people for breakfast and they said it is not their problem find food elsewhere.

Elevators were not efficient and long time waiting
Shuttle were not supportive refused to take us multiple times due to luggage number, and after taking it he dropped us far from the gate which is 10 min walking with luggage

We liked the entry way of the hotel

My girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel around 11pm after a long drive. We were told that parking was $55/day, so we asked for only 1 night of parking. It's so ridiculously expensive so we parked the car elsewhere for the other days. However, we were still charged for all 3 days of parking and we feel scammed. The front desk lady did not properly inform us.
