Shuttle prompt pick up, smooth check in, excellent room very clean good isolation and comfortable bed.
Breakfast very nice, though variety could be better. Fast wifi, nice view from window. Nice ambience at the hotel.

Elevators are slow, looks like out of six available only 2 or 3 worked, so it took 3-5 minutes to get to the
room after the check in. The location for breakfast is not obvious. These are minor issues, yet could be improved.

The door to the bathroom in my room creaked really loudly whenever it was opened, and slammed shut unless you carefully closed it. Clearly an issue with the door.
I raised it with a staff member when I check out and he just dismissed my comment.

The free shuttle from and to the airport was great! Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. Pretty and clean hotel and loved the restaurant food. So quick to get Uber's for trips into the city.
