The appearance of potential wonderers on the fourth floor, not entering or exiting any room. Also in the common areas.
Positives:
The receptionist was fantastic! He handled a difficult situation with another guest while we were checking out with amazing professionalism and poise and was kind but firm. We were very impressed with him and the security guards taking care of the issue quietly and quickly. The hotel is so clean, the bed was comfortable and such a beautiful lobby! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
