Some common areas were not clean and are old. Not expected from a W. Elevators are just not enough and although staff has a elevator guests keep on stopping for them to come in normal ones. Pool restroom was just terrible, old and very dirty. Some signs of age.

My queen suite was very nice and felt cozy. It was the perfect size for a solo business traveler and would also be good for two people to share. The class W stylings (colored lights out in the garden, flippable floor mats in the elevators, funky art, etc) almost have a retro vibe for me at this point, but that was part of the comfort for me. The staff was very helpful with any and all questions, including the servers at The Hideout, where I ate several times.
Negatives:
The Internet access was a bit confusing, but ultimately I signed up for the more secure internet and the charges were removed due to my loyalty status.
