Poor soundproofing. We could hear everything above us. Bathroom was old tub with shower curtain and non adjustable shower head. Not the modern glass cubicle as advertised. Recommend a room on second level which will be less noisy as no one above you and you could leave shutters open as not overlooked. On the first floor, (ground floor UK) everyone will see straight into the room as car park is right outside the window, so shutters need to be closed all the time for privacy, making a dark uninviting room throughout the stay. Normally these types of hotels represent good value for money but for over $150 per night we were extremely disappointed. One good point, the staff are friendly.
