Easy check in and parking. Clean and comfortable lobby and rooms. Lovely pool area. Water refill station at pool is great. Nice sitting area by the pool. Love that it's pet friendly. Adequate continental breakfast. Fantastic restaurant onsite. Love the spa!
Negatives:
The Check in experience didn't feel very personal. I am a return guest and was not welcomed back by Reception staff upon arrival. We had to change rooms after one night because I had booked a second night, 1 week prior to arrival, and the first room type (2 beds) was no longer available. The second room type had a King bed and a sofabed. We were able to move at 9.00am (which was great!) and I had to check in with Reception, swipe my card, etc, again. I asked Reception if they could ask Housekeeping to make up the sofabed as we needed a 2 bed room. (I also said that they could make up the sofabed at any time during the day as we would be out). It took 3 more calls to Reception (at 5.30pm, 6.00pm and 6.30pm) to have housekeeping come and make up the sofabed. After I started to unfold the sofabed myself I realized that it didn't have sheets on it. So we really needed housekeeping to help us. Housekeeping arrived just before 7.30pm. The sofabed was extremely uncomfortable, a very thin mattress, no top sheet, a thin blanket and sheet on top of that, one pillow and no quilt. There was another pillow and thin blanket in the closet that I grabbed. This left me feeling disappointed that I had booked a second night. The room on the second night was also more expensive than the 2 bed room on the first night which was very comfortable. It just left me feeling like I shouldn't have booked a second night...

I requested a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine or champagne for my wedding anniversary like we received last time but we didn't get it. Also, I would have liked more options to prepare coffee. we didn't have any sugar and minimal creamer.

Very few electrical plugs in the rooms, minimal storage space. Only one sink in the bathroom at $350/night; refrigerator didn’t cool. Disappointed features in a beautiful property.
