Positives: Great location to enjoy Malibu landscapes! the beach and the Malibu Pier are reachable by walk. The outdoor swimming pool makes the location super cool! I really appreciated Diamond from the stuff, so welcoming and helpful! I will definitely choose the M Malibu for my next trip to LA

Positives: Location was good.

Negatives: Check in took far too long. I could not figure out why it was taking forever and no explanation was given. Also the TV did not work. We could not get it to go to any apps or to the channels. Lastly the coffee maker would not work until I moved the plug to another outlet. WOW!!!

Positives: The room is bigger than the average size of comparable hotels and the building is positioned in a way almost every room (with balcony) has a view on the ocean. Very great location and nice vibe. Furniture is modern and with a very original design.

Negatives: Everything was perfect. If I really need to be picky, I've been surprised to have an actual key for the room I had to carry around, risking to lose it during beach activities or other businesses...

Positives: The hotel is in a convenient location. The staff at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The place was clean and parking was easy. It had a TV with basic cable and the bed was decently comfortable.

Negatives: It's pretty pricey for what it is (I guess you're paying for location) -- very simple motel that has modest renovations to make it look more up-to-date. It was fine, but pretty basic.
