Location is perfect , close to the marina and 20 walk to Venice beach , 10 minute walk to canals . plenty food spots close by . beautiful memory foam mattress and pillows , very inviting to sleep

Positives:
Our lovely room was on the third floor with the balcony overlooking the
public parking lot that was unused (probably busier in-season). The room was large and the bathroom was roomy with good counter space. We had a small fridge, microwave and Kurig, with a very comfortable bed. The lighting and outlets/usb ports were great. Our stay was very quiet. For breakfast, we did pay at first and then opted for an included breakfast since we actually had different reservations in the same place.
Negatives:
The charge for breakfast was too high. It was the same amount regardless of what you ate. If a main dish of eggs, meat and toast with coffee/tea and fruit is charged the same as a danish and coffee, that seems skewed. There should be breakfast included in the room price.
