Positives:
I usually don’t leave any reviews but it’s important to say when things go wrong but even more important to say when things go right! MY (at the reception) is exceptional and provide a 5 stars level service which for a Inn is pretty unusual. from remembering hotel guests name to just genuine human interactions he was one of the best if not the best hotel receptionist I ve encountered.
I also noticed other guests saying similar comments about his professionalism and behavior! That goes a long way.
So thank you for a great stay but even more so for the great job you did! ( deserves a promotion!)
Ps: the other gentleman i interacted with was great too!

Nice area and close to lots of business establishments.
Negatives:
Clean waiting area but our room and furniture smelled like animal urine. Carpets were worn and looked dirty.

Location is close to family member's residence easy to access to restaurants and shopping, etc.
Negatives:
Didn't like having a room in the back building. Asked to have someone come and show us which thermostat to use for the AC. No one was sent.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean and shower was great. Pool was a nice temperature and there were a good amount of sun loungers. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Expensive parking when there is a very cheap car park next door!
