It is a beautiful hotel.
Negatives:
We obviously booked through booking.com for three people in a king room. Got to hotel to find there was no third bed. Front desk said “yes that happens a lot”. Erm ok, that was it - we’d been up for 24 hours at this point…and I had to ASK what they were going to do about it! Was told I could pay a significant amount more for a suite
