Negatives:
Our Room is not what expected of Hampton Inn by Hilton. Not to the standard of other Hampton Inn that I have experienced before. The building interior is old and rundown. Our bathroom sink drains slowly. Door latch does not close. Liquid soap dispenser is coming off the wall. Very old furniture. The closet door with mirror is unable to close as it does not fit the size of the closet. The door of the cabinet where the fridge is stored also does not close well. And our room is not clean enough. The hotel is very old and does not live up to its name “by Hilton”. The positive side is we stayed only for 1 night. If we happened to stay for 2 nights or longer I guess it would be something I couldn’t handle.

Disappointing. I didn’t expect Hilton...

The was just ok not very clean we stay two nights the second day I asked the front desk to please service the room after we left to see our family. When we got back they didn’t service the room!
They just picked the towels from the bathroom. And replace them with clean towels. We used the spa the first day and they didn’t clean it it all

I have stayed at Hampton Inn from time to time over the years when I was in business and breakfast was less than what I expected.
Negatives:
There were no eggs as there have been in the past and staff allowed the juice cups to be completely out before replenishing them. I crossed the room to get a coffee cup to use for juice. When I went to get muffins, there were no tongs and muffins were much, much smaller than usual.
