Yes I didnt receive a copy of my stay. I got there earlier than expected and door was locked and couldnt reach anyone at all. I left a voicemail msg and got no call back at all. Wont be using that hotel again

I don't expect much from a 2-star hotel, but I expect a working shower. When I tried to turn on the water, nothing came out. I had already unpacked all my things, so I didn't try asking for a new room. I shouldn't have to, anyway. The shower should work.

I was looking for a basic property to get a few hours sleep but this place was terrible. No toilet roll holder! The toilet door was broken. Another customer got robbed in the car park
