Positives: At the airport, recent construction, so physically competent. Lower level staff was cheerful and helpful.

Negatives: Despite advertising a free shuttle to the airport, we were told that there was not sufficient staff for said shuttle and that we would have to get Smart Carts and take the train. On this trip we had 8 bags. My wife has a heart condition and had scheduled a wheelchair for our flight. The next morning the Night Manager relented and, at 04:00, the shuttle took us to the airport. Also, room service: we ordered 2 sandwiches. They arrived with wooden !!! Utensils which were not strong/sharp enough to open the mustard and mayonnaise packets which accompanied the sandwiches. Btw, no plates, just a paper box and bag. Room price in the high $300s.
