This boutique hotel is family-owned and located 3 minutes' walk to the Millbrae BART/CalTrain station with service to San Francisco, San Jose, and the East Bay area. Free hi-speed WiFi, a flat-screen cable TV, USB outlets, modern artwork and individual air conditioning and heating are offered in each spacious room. An private bathroom with Spanish tile accents and rain shower head is also included. Larger deluxe rooms set along a quiet hall come with a balcony, bathrobes and vinyl record player. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day in the lobby and in guests' room. Wine by the glass or bottle, beer, alcohol and pre-mixed cocktails and snacks available for purchase. A tour desk is located on site. A furnished courtyard with a fountain is available for guest relaxation. Multiple restaurants are located within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Location close to Millbrae Station is excellent. Safe parking. Quiet location but with good local facilities. Comfort, modern hotel. Check in staff friendly.
Negatives:
Noise levels between rooms/poor sound proofing.
Maids shouting to each other at 7am outside our room.

The room is very clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. The place is quiet and accessible to restaurants and of course the is a Starbucks nearby.

Horrible. We did not stay at the hotel and requested a refund but they refused. When we arrived there, the place was filthy and smelled bad we. The clerk was rude and made racist remark. We contacted booking.com The hotel does not look like what is shown online. It's in a bad area and it is more of a cheap motel looking like. Avoid at all cost.

Lobby set up and decor… accessible microwave…

The woman at the front desk was the supervisor but she was very rusty at costumer service… she was scattered and disjointed in her e plantation so much so that I thought my husband handicap would be included in the free parking but it was charged and when I asked her why she was very condescending and accommodating even though it was her fault for not being clear… she just kept stating the company policy and not that she has communication issues… maybe a seminar would help with this… I never write reviews but her unwillingness to hear me out really upset me … the believe the customer is always wrong… lack of training of employees was very apparent as they tried to just come right in my room while I was coming out of the shower without properly announcing themselves… also found a pill of some kind I n. My service dogs mouth and drug paraphernalia under the bed…

The staff made my stay exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, and they even shipped a box of my belongings that I was unable to carry to catch my flight. They were a huge help and I will likely book a room at The Dylan again when I return.
