I booked an ADA room with roll in shower. When I arrived, I was told that the room was unavailable and was offered a choice of a refund or a non-ADA room. The same thing happened at this hotel last year but that time I had booked directly with the hotel. I assumed that they might honor their commitments if I looked with Booking.com but this was not the case. Since it seemed too late to try to find a different hotel, we accepted the non-ADA room. Since my wife is in a wheelchair, the stay was unnecessarily difficult.

I love the staff who are being accommodating and shows great hospitality. My friend was sick during the trip, and the staff shows cares. From front office to the restaurant host, everyone is very nice. I also like staying at a hotel without paying for parking. Milpitas is a convenient location to go to the San Jose area.
I also do like the modern look and color palette of the room and the bathroom.
Negatives:
We would like to see more cut fruit options in breakfast, and we like individual yogurt more than buffet style. I hope that they can consider non dairy options for coffee condiments.
From our room, we heard baby crying in the middle of the night. Although the sound faints, it was a set back. There is a flying bug in the bathroom floormat which was unpleasant.
For the pool area, it needs some clean ups where the branches falls in the water. I hope there are more signs as to where to lead to the pool area from the elevator. I found it odd we will need to obtain pool towels from front desk, which requires some back and forth the pool to obtain all we need.

Super duper clean, and cozy. Beds are comfortable.
Negatives:
We could hear the neighbors talk all night. Walls should be sound proof. We were also right next to stairs and we could hear people walking up and down.

The front desk staff when checking in was kind of rude. We were met with a scowl from an Asian woman doing check ins. Maybe she was having a bad day?
