Dead rat in parking lot. Staff is the worst person in customer service Ive ever encountered. She was rude immediately and stayed rude our entire interaction. She needs to be kept behind the scenes and away from customers.

nothing. carpet is very dirty. hall ways smell no one cares for guests, front desk or manager. save your money go some where else with better property and sanitary conditions. linens are old and have holes in them

everything. poor guest experience. Hot breakfast is a joke. timing of breakfast depends on when the person incharge gets to work.
