Positives: Location, and just being a traditional hotel. Front desk reception was very attentive to my needs

Negatives: TVs from the early 2010s (remote would lag 3 seconds… yes, one of those), ice dispenser on floor was broken (we were suggested to go to the 3rd floor as much as a sign in our room said we could request for someone to come up with ice), run down furnishings, white lighting. There is also a fee to park overnight ($15), WiFi is also an additional fee, as well as breakfast.

Negatives: When I was cleaning our room getting ready to go I had found some cocaine vials underneath our bed . And the imprint was in the bed like if no one bothered to check under the bed or clean the bed for weeks/days/months.

Positives: My check-in process was seamless, with the staff being friendly and efficient. The property's location is excellent, making it convenient to explore San Jose. My room had a very comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night’s sleep. The view from the top floor was stunning, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Negatives: The breakfast selection could be enhanced, particularly with more variety and fresher options. I believe this would greatly improve the overall dining experience.
