The hotel has great potential, with some aspects that really stand out, such as the delicious breakfast and the friendliness of some of the staff.
The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. The dishes were tasty and the kitchen staff, especially Joy, were extremely attentive and helpful. The free shuttle to the city center was also a positive difference, facilitating my stay.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the reception service left much to be desired. Upon checking in, I was rudely greeted by the receptionist Ralph, who made unnecessary comments about my financial ability. This attitude left me quite embarrassed and with a very bad first impression.
The lack of empathy and professionalism of the manager, who did not take any action to resolve the situation, was another negative point.
I believe the hotel has great potential and could offer a much more positive experience to its guests. If it weren't for the check-in incident, my rating would be much higher.
