The front desk staff needs to work on their customer service. When I first arrive the gentleman was in a way arguing with me about how I paid for the room already had to reach out to his manager to explain things to him. He did comp us free water for the misunderstanding. Then we went swimming I had called the front desk which a female voice answered I was asking about towels for the pool she said they should be in the pool area when we got there they were not so my husband had to go inside and ask for them which she seemed a bit annoyed saying there should be towels in the pool area advise her there were not then my husband went downstairs because there was no ice bucket in the room for ice she was counting money at the time and seemed annoyed that he had to ask her for an ice bucket which they did not have and had to provide a plastic bag to fill up with ice to bring back to the room.
