I was charged twice for this property, even though I pre-booked to be charged several days in advance (which I was) staff upon arrival were confused on their end, charging my partner's card despite already having paid myself, day prior. They then asked us to sit on the phone with Booking com, to resolve ourselves even though it was not our mistake, which was quite frustrating and inconvenient (while on vacation nonetheless)

Property was easy to find off the highway

AC was not left on so we entered into a 90+ degree room that took most of the night to cool down, very few towels (1 wash cloth), bathtub did not have a plug, floors were dirty and found capsules and some sort of powder on top of the mini fridge.

That housekeeping knocks at your door 2 to 3 hours before checkout time, and wakes us up. Like if we paid till 11 am . Don't bother us before that time please.

I'm here working, been coming here for over a month every week, the last 2 we worked on Friday and Wednesday afternoon I wanted to book one more night but the front desk last said she couldn't but because I went through booking.com but don't worry about it just either call or come in when you get off and pay no one will mess with your stuff...well I called around 1pm to pay because honestly I was busy that morning and couldn't call right away...so anyway yea they checked me out and took my stuff out of the room which I understand but when I went back they put me in the same room.i had been in..the lady on Wednesday didn't act like she wanted to mess with me and just told me some bs to get rid of me but the lady I talked to on thrusday was super super nice and said that she could have booked another night cause they do it all the time ...but anyway that's the only issue I have had at this location..but next rime I won't trust them to (leave a note) cause I did tell her to have someone run my card on Thursday morning but.....anyway gonna give it another go I like it the place
