"The mattress felt like it was 20 years old—it was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. They placed us in the front of the hotel, on the side closest to the train tracks. I counted 10 trains, and it felt like our bed was literally on the tracks, as my husband said. I also felt uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep.
Additionally, my husband lost his driver’s license and asked for help in the office, but the owner, who was there, couldn’t understand English even after an hour of trying to communicate. That’s a red flag for me—this is the USA, and you need to know the language to provide proper service.
On top of that, they charged me $10 for having my emotional support dog

Nothing, I would have gone somewhere else if it was 11:15pm when we got there

It was fifty, the office door was filthy, the whole property was run down, the key card system was “not working” so we were let into our room with no key so we could not leave or come back the whole time we were there, the smoke alarm started the chirp at 1am called front desk they told me to take out the battery - are you kidding me - the staff was rude at check in the whole place is really run down
