The room was not ready till after 3pm. We were traveling with our fur babies and had to wait over an hour for the room. There was dog poop no one picked up and the staff was not so pleasant. No water pressure,and took forever for the HOT water.

Dirty/sticky floors seemed like there was lube gel everywhere, dirty sheets, smelly towels, nosy neighbors, broken door lock, broken window, they still have not repaired the ice machine or vending machine nor washing machines.
Toilet paper never new.
The rooms never smell clean. They never honor any reservations we make.

Friendly staff,and window view. Place .needs improvements but i see a lot of potential. Not to far from my loved one's very convenient.
Negatives:
Beds were hard not enough pillows or blankets.trash cans. Better furniture.Pricey as well. No coffee everybody needs coffee
