Nice location and the room looked recently remodeled.

$40/day charge for parking in their lot. "Destination" fee for water bottles, "free" drink vouchers, etc. Shower water was warm at best... Wanted to swim, pool was closed. Ice bucket, but no glasses??? No coffee maker.

Massive construction and needed renovations happening which was not disclosed at the time of booking. Room was not ready on time. The room had no phone so had go to the front to discuss anything.

Our first room had a cockroach infestation and dust everywhere - it looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The second room they moved us to did not have any heat. All of the rooms are very outdated.Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing stay.

My stay was awful. It is under construction and there was so much noise. The hotel was unattractive and the room was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, the lights were very yellow, the heat didn't work and it was very shabby.

Personally, I am seeing parking charge ($28.45) and resort fee($34.14) are different way to rip off your guests....because, the parking space is yours and you did not leased it from anyone else. What is the resort fee? why is that? and what is that for?

This hotel is in an excellent location, built right on the beach. That is the best and only good quality about it. We've been going there for years and enjoy it, but it is old and run down. The new owners are "remodeling" it, and we wish them good luck.
Negatives:
The room was small, dark, and poorly ventilated. The mattress and bedding were old and terrible. Old TV. Few staff. 25$/day for parking. No amenities. They only clean the rooms every 3rd day and charge a daily "resort" fee. The lobby is the nicest area.
