It was clean and the location was good.

the pictures clearly showed hand rails in the bathroom. I added a note saying I was travelling with my son, a wheelchair user. This was acknowledged. I didnt ask about bathroom accommodations because the pictures displayed were of a bathroom with handrails. when we got there there were NO handrails and the space was so small the wheelchair didnt fit in the bathroom. when I asked if we could have a room that was accessible they informed me that only one bedroom rooms have wheelchair accessible bathrooms. and no. they cannot add an extra bed or chair to accommodate another person. So if you travel with an assistant you don't want to sleep in the same bed with, you can't stay here safely at all. If you are a family traveling with the elderly? This place isn't for you.

A lot of noise came from the first-floor rooms well into the morning. I was traveling alone and was scared to stay there. A man just outside my bedroom window yelled out to someone and scared me. At two thirty in the morning, I finally called my daughter to rescue me. I didn't feel safe taking my dog outside to do his duties. The room had no coffee service, and the bathtub was crudely repaired with rust spots and dents. The bed was clean, pillows were mediocre.
