To have the room.cleaned, need to ask, nit acceptable for this level of structure.
Should you want to respect environment just make the opposite, make sensible the customer once Checking-in and only if HE decline cleaning you just follow.

I didn't like the supposed view. Chairs on the balcony would also be nice. Free cable TV for the price of the room should also be included.
