Eldora at the front desk was lovely and responsive with my concerns about our stay.
Negatives:
Paid for high floor king and asked for quiet room, as my child was taking an important exam early he next day. Got main floor king, stained sofa with cushion backwards. Door was ajar when we arrived, and being next to an exterior parking lot entry door did not make us feel safe. Could not open shades because people would see right in because of the corner parking lot location-no slight privacy shades, just dungeon. Car noise, beeping locks, trash truck…was pretty bad. Eldora at the front desk was responsive and took care of our stay.
