Positives:
Size of the room, comfort of the bed, cleanliness of the room, gym, breakfast selection, location
Negatives:
The shower stall was raised 6-8 inches and I almost stumbled several times since no one expects to drop 6-8 feet getting out of the shower.
Also, the TV channel settings were out of sync with the labels for those channels so I had to pause at each channel to see what was actually playing on that channel. Not a major issue but definitely annoying!
I don't like your bedding, comforter.
Overpriced for what the property offers.

The coffe maker in my room had coffee but no filters. The desk chair was broken and could not be raised up. there was no way to keep the fan on for white noise and my neighbors kept their TV on so loud until 2AM. The first night their were people yelling in the hall outside my room at 2:30 pm.

Very clean room. Very comfortable! I felt safe because after a certain hour the doors were locked and you needed a key to get into the building

The second elevator was broken and I had to walk super far from my room to exit. (I walk with a cane)
