We arrived around 11:00 pm on Nov 2nd and when checked in we were given room # 206. When we went to the 2nd floor I noticed that many room doors were not closed (latch was holding the doors). We got to to 206 and it was not closed either. When I opened the door I noticed people were inside. I quietly let go of the door and went back down to ask for a different room. The front-desk person said I am not sure why there are people in so he gave us a different room. I was surprised that a) a lot of doors were open and b) the reaction of the front desk not to investigate whey 206 is occupied if the system is showing unoccupied. I have never experience this before, as I don't know what's going on in that hotel. The next day I checked out and asked to cancel the remaining of my stay. Before I leave, I asked the front desk to speak to the manager and he said the manager is not there and won't be back until the afternoon. He couldn't even look me in the eye as I was talking to him. Extremely bad experience! Aside from this review, I will certainly write to head office to bring this to their attention.

NO INTERNET ALL NIGHT AND DAY. I LOST MY JOB a because I needed to send an email that I failed to send because of their BAD SERVICE , NO INTERNET!!The night I stayed they should have told me no internet so Id be going to another hotel, but they didnt. From my room I called the reception desk they told me somebody was coming to fix it. It was 9 pm nothing happened. In the morning nothing happened no internet no wifi nothing!! In the morning, staff Jenzen didnt care what I was claiming z he didnt look at me, he kept writing on his computer. He stated it was a problem with the internet in the hotel with everybody he acted as he didnt care. He called the manager to talk to me. Nobody came for 10 minutes and I got to leave to work.

It's your typical Courtyard. The hotel is clean and has a friendly, helpful staff. It's nice that food options are available for breakfast and dinner, plus bar services. The food is tasty but a little on the pricier side.
Negatives:
This is no fault of the property, but the location requires a car to reach most places. There are a few chain restaurants nearby, but that's about it. The room's layout made it difficult to view the TV in bed.
