Property was quite run down - motorized blinds in the room were broken, so we were unable to open them unless we rolled them up and used yoga mats to prop them up. We told the staff about this problem twice. The property itself was quite dirty - welcome mats in lobby. Parking lot and sidewalks were disgusting and need to be pressure washed - looks like somebody went #2 right by front door. Landscaping around the parking lot was not care for - dead and unsightly. Staff at the front seemed to be new and untrained or in training. Wish we had picked a different place - it was depressing.

The breakfast was a good addition.
Negatives:
I was not happy about the silver fish that were in the room. When we got back home, there was a silverfish that was from one of our bags. We were concerned that they would multiply quickly in our home and knew it came from our stay in the hotel, unfortunately. That’s really what made our stay unenjoyable.
