What the hotel had to offer was not adequate for my stay. No amenities except a tiny bar of soap, one lamp didn't work, the breaskfast wasn't maintained to accommodate guests and not enough tables/chairs to sit everyone. Guests had to take the breakfast back to their rooms. Pavement on one side of hotel and a huge tree's roots uprooting the surface. Overall cleanness I give it a (D) rating. The grounds were not swept or clean around seating areas, an item of clothing was laying on a patio chair, trash been there during my whole stay.
