Positives:
Staff were pleasant at the beginning of my stay.
Negatives:
Later, my son wasn't in our room. When I questioned where my son was, a staff member told me that they knew where he was but wouldn't tell me. I became very distraught. Police were called and I was the one arrested in our corrupt county. The staff subsequently cancelled the remainder of my stay and told me that my balance was refunded to me. It has not been as of this date. I have heard from others not to trust their staff since then because they lie to suit themselves. Booking.com has not helped in this matter, either. They have lost a customer forever over only around a $200 refund owed.

Room smells like cigarettes. Requested a room change and desk person said all rooms may smell like that. New room es what they consider an upgraded room and he was right, the room also smelled!

Nothing good about this property. About at all costs. Spend more money sonewhere else or you will regret staying there.
Negatives:
The motel was filthy, with pubic hair on the sink, bathroom vents very dusty, sheets were dirty, and noises outside, had no power on the property and no generator on standby. Jeremy Nichols, the manager, has terrible and poor customer service.
