Negatives: We really didn’t like the pool. It was super outdated and murky. Time to revamp it! This is Southern California after all! Also didn’t like that we paid so much money for parking. 25% of our nightly rate went to our car’s parking. Doesn’t feel good when there’s a huge empty structure.

Negatives: Parking $48 way too much and not worth it or fair. Charged me $12 random and we didn't get anything. Charged my card $71 and no one answered the phone to settle the issue. Stay was not applied to rewards. Room was almost $300 for one night only standard room. I won't return. Way overpriced
