Negatives:
Very filthy. Bathroom was dirty, kitchen was dirty, fridge was dirty, floor was dirty. Stop using aerosol cleaners and mop the floors. There is no attention to detail. The carpets haven?t been cleaned in god knows how long. Please hire actual cleaners.

The young lady at reception was friendly, kind, and professional. She was the best part about the hotel.

This was possibly the loudest/least sound proof hotel I have ever stayed in. It sounded like the people above me were moving furniture all night long. Kids running and screaming in halls until midnight. Dogs barking through the night. No sleep at all.

If staff is available at the front then everything runs smooth, quick checkin.. but if no one is at the desk, it takes forever for someone to acknowledge your presence.
Negatives:
The fact that the room do not have any kinds of goodies.. no hygiene, no coffee maker(unless u pay extra) But for a one night stay I guess it's not half bad.. somewhat decent..

The hotel is very clean the other extended stay in Ontario had roaches and mold and the workers rude terrible. extended stay here at norco polar opposite and the customer services reps. Are phenomenal and the rest of the staff amazi

The location was good for what I needed and the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
When I first arrived to the parking lot, there were 2 cars that appear to be abandoned and had homeless people sleeping in them. Upon entry to the hotel there is a strong odor of marijuana.

The 1st key they gave us we went into the room and there was a little boy watching tv we walked into a room that was already occupied, staff gave us another key and room and the carpet was dirty. Do better my mood immediately turned upside down.

Yes the carpet had trash please do better and clean so annoying when you look forward to a decent stay and the floors cant even meet the expectations of clean!!!!
