The manager who checked us in was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. She made the place seem like it was a step up! The price was very reasonable.
Negatives:
Facility was old and needed care. Our room had no carpeting which made it noisy, especially when some of the seemingly permanent residents decided to party loudly. Stairwell was dirty due to people using it as a stoop and smoking there. Wouldn't go back for these reasons.
