Negatives: the indoor pool was very cold hard to enjoy

Negatives: Room was very cold when we first arrived until the heater had warmed it up. Everything else was fine.

Negatives: The only thing I didn't like was the endless supply of coffee (great), in the lobby, was too wishy-washy. Extra scoop please.

Negatives: Our stay was from Sunday April 21, 2024 until Tuesday April 23, 2024 So, when we got to the hotel, I headed over to the front desk. There were a few people in line, and I heard the guy behind the desk chatting with some guests who were headed to Yosemite National Park. He handed them a welcome packet and all. When it was my turn, I was greeted by a lady, with short black hair, at the desk with a nice smile. I mentioned I was also going to Yosemite National Park but hadn't made a reservation. I know we dont really need one since its a weekday. She didn't give me anything and insisted I needed one, which got me confused and bummed out because I thought we might not be able to go. Back in the room, I told my family about it, and we did some quick research, again. Turns out, you don't need a reservation on weekdays, only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. I went back down to the front desk, and this time, I talked to the guy. He confirmed we were all good and didn't need a reservation. Phew! So its all good, its just that I really hoped the lady at the front desk didn't mix things up and knew what she was talking about. If it were someone else, they might've made a big fuss about it. Room: The room seemed fine at first, but when it was bedtime, the bed felt really itchy. It made me really uncomfortable. Food: Our check out day, at breakfast around 6:40am, it was super crowded, and people were lined up waiting for food. It took forever for the food to come out, but I couldn't really blame the person in charge because they were on their own. Tough gig.
