I did not get the room I requested.. I was put in a adjoining room which neighbors were very loud, I asked to move which I was put in another adjoining room.. which I dont feel secure in.

When I first arrived at my room, there was already someone in there. They put me in another room in a different building. The hotel was old and not clean. Smelled like smoke, mold and cleaner. This was the worst experience I've had at any hotel.

Room was spacious and clean as was the whole facility. Staff were very kind and helpful, quick to help me with requests. I traveled with my service dog and was assigned a ground floor room - I don't know if this was intentional, but it helped tremendously that I didn't have to take an elevator downstairs and hunt for a spot for her to do her "business". Everything was easy, including ordering food on demand.

It wasn't clear where I was supposed to pick up the food I ordered and I ended up wandering around for a while trying to figure it out.
