I had no key card to use. I had to have someone to open my door all the time and the bathroom smelled like pee and the WiFi did not work for two days. The next door people had a dog that wouldn’t be quiet.
Also I had called two weeks prior and they told me that all rooms had a refrigerator but the check in guy was going to give me a room without one
